Refund policy

General Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. If the mistake is ours, return shipping may be covered. Otherwise, customers may need to pay return shipping charges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 - 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, receives the last item of your order. The period extends over weekends and public holidays.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Initiate your return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.shreevora.store before the withdrawal period expires. We will send you an acknowledgement without delay.

Returning your items

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. 

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs from your choice of a more expensive delivery method). We will process your refund using the same payment method as your original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to used products, items damaged by misuse, clearance/sale items, personal care items (if opened).

Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. To cancel, initiate a cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.shreevora.store.
